"I am Traveling in North Carolina from June thru mid-October and realized my automobile policies were due and when logging in saw two other policies were past due. On Sat 8/19/2023 I went on-line and paid the Umbrella ($605 ) however on Monday the bank did not show the payment deducted. I called the Jeff Evans office and spoke with MS Linda Ostrosky, who was extremely courteous and helpful in getting me straightened out and up to date with all policies. Linda was very patient with me and very thorough in going over everything and making sure we had it correct. I promise to do better. After attempting to contact this agency for weeks (yes I know there was a hurricane...because this was the agents excuse...but that doesn't mean you cannot return/send an email) I called ANOTHER 2 times because my payment was due and the woman that I finally got ahold of had an attitude with me.
